The Society of Surgeons of Nepal (SSN) is an esteemed, professional, and non-profit organization dedicated to the community of surgeons in Nepal. Established in June 1992, SSN operates as a Non-Government Organization (NGO) and is officially registered with the Kathmandu district administration office. The primary mission of SSN is to create a robust platform for surgeons to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and collaborate for mutual benefits. By fostering a supportive and dynamic environment, SSN aims to enhance both the professional and academic development of its members, ensuring they are equipped with the latest advancements and best practices in the field of surgery.

The XIVth National Conference of the Society of Surgeons of Nepal, in collaboration with the SAARC Surgical Care Society, will be held from November 20th to 23rd, 2024, at the Pokhara Event Center.
